Today, the competitive exam was held for applicants for postgraduate studies, especially for medical and engineering specialties, according to the ministry’s timing for 20/6/2021, and the procedures for performing the competitive exam were followed up by the honorable President of the University, Prof  Dr. Saad Shaheen Hamadi and the Honourable Dean of the College of Graduate Studies, Ass. Prof. Dr. Jalal Jabber Hassan, where the social distancing and health measures approved by the Committee on Health and Safety for the Corona epidemic, on the other hand, the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zaki Abdullah Ahmad has visited College of Pharmacy for the same purpose, also the scientific assistant to the College of Graduate Studies, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Fadhil Abdul Wahid, College of Medicine, was briefed on the performance of the competitive exam. The exam was conducted in all medical and engineering faculties at the University of Basrah smoothly and without any obstacles or problems.
